I WILL workout!

  • I'm beginning my commitment to working out at least 4 times a week. I have had a gym membership for about 2 months and have probably only gone about 15 times! I need to create some motivation for myself instead of waiting for something to motivate me. I want to look forward to working out instead of having to drag myself to put on my sneakers! DETERMINATION !
  • Wtg! But you should congratulate yourself for 15 times in two months, that's like twice a week! Not bad for a beginner but yes, you will see more results if you go more often. I don't have access to a car or a gym (I live in a remote farming area) but when I start my job near London I plan to go to the gym everyday!
