  • The day before Valentines day is my birthday, so I would like to join in! I'd like to lose 10lbs by then.

  • Hiya ladies!

    My goal is 235...I'm currently at 247 so hoping to lose 12 pounds. Honestly if I lost 10 I'd be thrilled, so 12 would just be icing on the cake. But I'll take 10 realistically -- so I guess my goal is technically 237, but 235 just sounds better, ha ha.

    Anyways, goals are to eat healthy (I'm breastfeeding so I can't do too much calorie counting), not eat after 8, walk at least an hour each day and no more blended chai!

    May avoid the scale until Monday morning.

  • Sorry for not posting much this week. I've been so busy.

    Did an aerobics class Monday, Tuesday is my big salsa night - I did three salsa classes and did some practice dancing too, Wednesday was hardcore Zumba and I have two salsa classes tonight.

    Thankfully my weight is still heading in the right direction.

  • I have been eating very badly all of this week. The scale says I gained 8 pounds in six days. Also this morning a guy I used to like contacted me as he may be in town next month and if so he'd like to see me.
    I'm not sure if I want to see him or if I will even be available (we don't know the date yet/ I could be overseas for work.)

    Anyway that plus this morning's weigh in has woken me up. This is the worst eating week I've had since a similar week I had in December.
    Really need to find other ways to cope with stress.
    Moving on to a new shiny week.

    Down 3 this week, with 7 left to go. This week was good, but next weekend will be a challenge. We'll be at a theme park, with fast food meals everywhere! I'm going to start planning now to make sure there's enough time to get all my healthy meals worked out!
  • Valentine's Day is pretty much 1 month away now so I think there's still time for me to put in some work and join this challenge. I would like to be 164.00 lbs by Valentine's Day. Hopefully that will put me in a size 10.

    I must:
    *eat all my planned, cooked food
    *get in my planned exercise

    I will get a starting weight soon (my ticker is not quite accurate).

    WOW! Between TOM and my holiday splurging I must have been holding onto a lot of water! Before the holidays I was down to 179 and I knew I didn't overeat enough to gain 8lbs but now that it has left...PHEW! I am going to keep my Valentine goal weight at 175lbs, since it is doable.

  • Ugh. My meals have not gotten back on track but I did make it to the gym
    again. I really didn't feel like going but that only makes me more proud of myself for getting there and getting it done.
  • I don't think I can do it but 125 would be awesome, will settle for 129 by then, fingers crossed. Gonna challenge myself to hit 125, but be thrilled for anything other than weight gain.

    I'm shooting for 3.5 lbs for my Valentine's Day goal. I would be more agressive, but I'm trying a out a few new things (with my eating and exercise) and want to play it conservatively.
