You know, I think I'm going to restart from day one at this point. The whole 'protein powder with extra carbs and calories' thing has really gotten to me!
The idea of 4 weeks worth of work being for nothing is super demoralizing, to say the least... I feel like I'm just going through the motions now, even though that's not true.
I'll check in tomorrow as day one for this cycle.
