    10/26 9462 (and did my 2.5 mile walk in the am) feel good! and scale rewarded me
    10/27 8852 and did a 2.5 mile last night at 9:00pm whew
    10/28 7746... just squeaked it in!
    10/29 7820 whew!
    10/30 9525 GOT EXTRA IN.. I have a feeling tonight will be a pause...

  • Congrats and getting those steps in last minute! And you have temps in the 60s?!!!! Holy cow am I jealous! I had to scrape ice off my car last nite

    Well I'm sad to report I have to start over. I blame it on the halloween candy. It made me not want to eat anything else. Lol
  • Oh HOPE that darn Candy is a stinker isn't it!?!!! Glad to have you restart... Restarting is hard to do and I am happy you are!.. Just 1 day of being on plan.. lengthens your life

  • Ok here we go again!

    Plan: eat a fruit or a veggie twice a day ( preferably with my two main meals) no pauses

    Day 1 11/5 strawberries and mixed veggies.
    Day 2 11/6 banana and brocoli

    Thanks wannaskip for the words of encouragement. My goal is to really eat my veggies with the two main meals I have daily. But if for somereason I can't I'm gonna allow myself to be ok so long as I get two servings in.

    I should do it this time!

  • Okay, I am in for this too!! My challenge will be to drink at least 100 ounces of water each day for the next 21. I am not going to allow myself any pauses because I need to make this happen! I know that I can do it if I focus!

    11/7: 102 oz
