Goal: For 21 days, I will develop a healthier bedtime routine and will do the following 5 things before bed:
1. Floss
2. Brush teeth
3. Use mouthwash
4. Wash Face
5. Brush hair
Level 3 - This will be a huge challenge for me. When I get too tired at night, I usually blow off the bathroom stuff and just go straight to bed. Then I wake up with tangled hair, bad breath and pimples.

06/11 - Pause #1 - It is lightning non-stop outside and I don't like using the sink during lightning storms so I'm going to take my first pause day.

06/19 - Pause #2 - I ran out of clean washcloths and I worked on fixing my mom's computer until 4 AM. I didn't even bother getting into my pj's and ended up just passing out in bed with my clothes on.

06/21 - Pause #3 - I didn't want to use my 3rd pause so soon but I was so tired last night that I wasn't thinking clearly.
06/22 - FAIL!!
Well, I failed this challenge the first time around. I would restart right away but I'm going on vacation in a week so I think I'll wait until I get back to try this again.
