    I haven't been on here in a few days been busy and spending quality time with my son during these beautiful last few days.. But I have drank at least 32 oz everyday and sometimes more.. I never really kept count but I counted up to 32 oz then quit. working out has been great..
    day 1 - about 40oz, and the 1 mile walk with leslie sansone
    day 2 - about 50oz, and 1 hour workout
    day 3 - 58 oz, no work out (yet, might work out later)
    day 4 - over 32 oz relaxed no work out
    day 5 - over 32 oz cardio weights
    day 6 - over 32 oz walked for 1 hour at the park
    day 7 - over 32 oz cardio, weights

  • Okay, here we go! Still a n00b on this site and to dieting but ready for the challenge.
    My goal will be no bingeing for 21 days. Today is day three. Hope this gives me the motivation, making it a contest! This is fun.
  • My 21 day goal is to "move" everyday. I will get a minimum of 15 minutes of exercise in daily for the next 3 weeks.

    Well I did it! I didn't get any decent weight loss out of it but inknow what I need to do next to help get things moving in the right direction. I lowered the calories down to where I lose one pound a week on mfp. And I'm gonna allow myself to eat back half my exercie calories.

    My next challenge will be two actually. Drink 32 ounces of water and exercise at least for ten minutes every day. New challenge starts tomorow!
