Hi everyone . . my name is Sue, and I am on day one of Atkins !
This works so well for me, but this time I need to use it as a lifestyle & not just a quick fix to reach a certain weight !
Got on the scale this morning at 196lbs, I am 6 foot . . a year ago I was 170lbs and feeling great .
So here goes my journey . .day one and feeling really up for this !!!
