GREAT question! Looking forward to an answer. I am doing so well this time and am scared that once I phase off I'll go back to old habits (again!). Ketosis keeps me honest!
  • I would guess like all 12 step programs they don't advocate one weight loss program over another. They would most likely deal with the emotional issues of eating, how it is an addiction and how many times we feel powerless over food but we really aren't.
  • I will break my anonymity here...I have been to OA many times & many years. There is no structured food plan (unless you find an OA-HOW meeting). Food & diets aren't really discussed at the meetings. It DOES help you address issues with food.

I'd be happy to go into more detail privately.
  • Thank you!!
