Hi Canuk: Glad to meet someone new! We had a wonderful time in Kananaskis (although the trails we wanted to do were heavily damaged by last year's flood or closed due to bears) We ended up doing a couple we hadn't planned on - more popular trails and easier
but we still had a great time. Kensington Riverside Inn was amazing and we felt so pampered there in Calgary. On our way home we stopped back in to Canmore to go to the Alpine Club of Canada Open House and had fun with the bear spray demo & practice, lol, avalanche transceiver practice, local caving info and free lunch
. When we got home there was a phone call on our voicemail telling me I had won the Alpine Helicopter Three Sisters Sightseeing flight for 2 from the draw at ACC. LOL, I'm just so darn lucky!! Not sure if we will be back to Canmore for this later in the year, or if they can transfer to the Heli-Wine Tour from their Kelowna heliport.
Hope your week has gone well and you are feeling better soon. I go to the chiro for a 6 week tune up but haven't thought about the TMJ/chiro connection much - he suggested self-massage of the joint from inside the mouth but I have fingernails, tried this & it didn't work very well. I know I'm not explaining it very well, but I do trust him - I've used him for many years and he is seriously into the kinds of sports DH & I are in and around the same age too, so that helps. He also works with quite a few FM'ers too.
