am i able to buy the protein power from costco or GNC?

Mamie I found one in Sam's that is very close to IP. It came in a 5lb bag and was still below the cost of a box of IP! LOL We don't have a Costco so I don't know. All I know is make sure to compare the IP label with the powder label. Some are loaded with calories, sugar and carbs

Not all protein powders are created equal. You really need to read the labels and try to match the nutritional content of IP products as closely as possible.

Here are a few checkpoints:

Below 120 calories per serving (most IP shakes are under 100 but serving sizes may vary with the big powder containers)

less than 30% total calories from fat

less than 8g carbs per serving

15-18g protein per serving
