  • Phase 1: 4 months, 18 days

    Breakfast: EAS RTD with hazelnut coffee

    Lunch: Salad, romaine and cucumbers...with EAS hot with mint extract and coffee

    Dinner: Steak and salad, roasted mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, salad with oil vinegar and cucumbers

    Snack HOT EAS with peppermint and coffee
  • Today really tested my will power! I typically eat my protein in the morning (eggs), but because we had a potluck at work, I had a chocolate shake.

    The lunch was sooo amazing looking and smelling. Mediterranean themed.. and I love me some tzatziki!! Fortunately I resisted that and homemade baklava and some other tasty treats for my salad with chicken, beef, and WF ranch dressing.

    I saw my coach after work and got the cookies as an extra box just to try them.... mehhh not impressed. They were so thick that I was tired of eating it halfway through! Glad I got it as an extra box instead of one I have to eat every day. I had to stop by my mom's house to check on her dogs and took a look through her cabinets... real cookies! cheetos! Oh man! I quickly shut the cabinets and downed some water.

    For dinner I had 4 cups of stir fry and will be eating jello as my snack.

    D: Cukes, red pepper, spinach & romaine with a RTD shake
    S: Pure protein peanut butter bar
  • B: Chocolate IP bar
    L: Crispy cereal pancakes with shredded zucchini and WF syrup
    D: Scrambled eggs with peppers and onions and some hot sauce
    S: Crispy cereal
