Does anyone happen to have the IP postassium/calcium bottle and the magnesium calcium bottle?

I want to find an alternate source at the health food store as IP is just too expensive for those items. So I need to know igredients and amounts.

The only thing I will caution you about is that the potassium supplement is VERY hard to find commercially in the correct form. The IP Potassium uses potassium carbonate - it is the broken-down version of potassium gluconate and MUCH easier on the body to process. This is important in a diet like IP which already puts some stress on the kidneys and liver. Potassium citrate and gluconate are NOT interchangeable with Potassium carbonate.
