BMR? MFP calories? TDEE? What?

  • About how many calories does everyone consume in relation to their BMR? MyFitnessPal is putting me At 1200 calories, but my BMR is a little over 1400. I know there are tons of calculators and many opinions on the matter, but what daily average have you had the most success on?
  • I don't eat at what MFP tells me to. It calculates my BMR at 1499 and wants me to eat 1200 calories a day. I aim for 1500 a day and eat back some of my exercise calories. I also do low carb.

    I'm losing weight slowly but surely.
