It is a faith based program. There are books you go through, each day has a lesson you read. The diet itself changes every 6 weeks. The first round is lean meats,dairy, fruit, veggies, a few rice cakes. No simple carbs. No sugar.
I know folks who lost on it, I also know a few who gained most back. Just like anything else, it works if you work it
