start my exercise program tomorrow night
acquire a scale in the next 10 days

New Day!
This time I am sticking to my plans better!
staying very dry

staying dry though got soaked walking the dogs this morning!
I am calling yesterday dry, I helped throw a baby shower and even though I ate finger foods I really made good choices and stayed away from the cake table. I also skipped dinner to make up for unknown calories in the foods.
I'm calling today in the boat but soaked...
on track with food... did not exercise. Try again tomorrow with the exercise.
hi everyone. sorry I've been absent. dry, but just too busy to log in. exercise has been good. food has been alright. (excluding last fri a planned cheat day) I'll do better about logging in. I'm tired tonight so I'm heading to bed. Tues is always my hardest workout so I wanna be rested for it. nite

sorry for being gone so long gang!
Eating has gone pretty well, and segment 2 of my 30 day challenge is underway.
I am moving away from my morning fried egg habit..
this morning, it cost me nearly 600+ calories for the following
2 1/4 tbsp oil = 270 cals
4 eggs (70 * 4) = 280 cals
spinach (nominal) = 60 cals
Garlic, etc
so yeah....
today I jumped right into the ocean....
tomorrow I plan on getting back in the boat. Can't beat myself up about one day.

Yesterday was dry. So far today is too. 'bout time!
