Has anyone done the metabolism miracle? I recently did atkins and lost 25 lbs but never went on to the maintenance i kinda got off and binged on sweets! i have 25 more lbs to lose, i bought the metabolism miracle and it made sense to reset my pancreas etc i have higher blood sugar and am tired, have thyroid issues etc. I'm so nervous about going back on a diet its very similar to atkins on what foods you can eat and i hated those foods lol.
