  • Here am I!
I began this dvd a couple of days ago, but after a deep soreness to my right biceps (i couldn't be able to bend my arm at all ) yesterday was my rest day.
So today is going to be my 3rd day on Level 1

Is there anyone who wants to join me in this journey?
  • I will try to join you. I did it for the first time yesterday. My thighs are so sore. Im not looking forward to today. This is my first time doing this video or any. I am seriously impressed by anyone who can complete this.
  • Well, I did it. I got thru day 2. I still can't do as many pushups as they do but hopefully by the end I might. On the plus side, I feel more energized now that I am done.

    Me too!
Today was my 5th workout day on level 1, i can't do yet all the cardio jumps and all the side abs (the ones that are at the end of level), plus i can't do all the arm lift during the side squats...
I decided to skip to the 2nd level only when i will be able to do all the lift and the cardio workout without troubles
  • I will join in! I just completed my 9th day with 30DS and I am loving it! It is definitely a challenge, I can do every strength move (modified push ups though) but have trouble with the cardio circuit where we do jumping jacks then jumping rope then repeat. My thighs always feel like jello during that part and I usually break for 3-5 seconds.

So I am going to go ahead and start level 2 tomorrow for my day 10! I'm excited and nervous for what's to come!
  • I also have trouble with the cardio jumps. I break down when they start with the jump rope. I try a little bit then switch to a little jog.

Can't wait to here about whats coming in level 2. Did you take a rest day or do you keep going? I haven't decided if I should.

I take my rest day on sundays, actually i rested only one sunday because i start the program few days ago.
I wanted to workout everyday, but about on the 2nd day i felt a huge soreness and pain in my right arm (biceps) due to 4lbs dumbells that i used for the lift
Now i'm using 1Kg milk boxes
Beware of heavy weights (just at the beginning)

    I have the same issue
I will start 2nd level only when i'll be able to do ALL the 1st level
  • I completed day 2 and half. My front thights are killing me from yesterday so I didn't get a full workout in. I did the abs and weights but replaced all jumping with walking. Hopefully, my thighs will feel better tomorrow.

Let's keep going. We can do it.
  • I want to give this a shot, and would love to have a buddy.. I can never seem to stick to these types of things.. and am really hoping to be able to with this. I am going to start this upcoming monday. Hoping that my dogs can leave me alone while i'm jumping around and everything.. :\
  • 6th workout day is done... FINALLY i'm able to do ALL the side crunches!!
But i can't do all the cardio exercises, especially the jumping jacks/rope jumps/butt kicks set

Savemykisses i'm looking forward to know you'll join us in this hard journey!
  • Just finished day 8 of level 1 over here! My goal is to complete all 3 levels in 30 consecutive days.

This is also the first day my dog hasn't wandered over and sat on my chest while I did crunches. I guess he's getting used to me jumping around and yelling at the TV and groaning on the floor.
  • Yeah! Finished Day 4 level 1. Still can't complete everything but I am getting better. I am also switching between 2 and 1 pound weights. My goal is to be able to do everything with the 2 pound weights. My thighs are doing much better. Still ache but not as painful as yesterday. Yesterday, I was in complete pain trying to sit or stand.

Savemykissesx and tamiam - I have same dog issues. Everytime I lay down for abs my dogs come over to try to play. I got lucky today and only 1 dog came by.

Crepesuzette - Great job in completing all the crunches. That is a goal in itself. I'm surprised at how much I improved in 4 days already. But I agree with you. I will not move out of level 1 until I can complete it all.
  • Just got this DVD and will be starting on Sunday! Very interesting to read everyone's comments, it sounded like a doddle
  • Hey ladies!
I just finished my 7th day... but today i wasn't able to do all the side crunches but i used heavier weights (two 1.5liters water bottles instead of 1L milk boxes ).
I did almost all the strenght circuits (except for some arm lift during side squats, IMO this exercise is the worst in all the workout)
  • Just finished L1 D10 and feeling pretty beast. Level 2, here I come!
