I started my journey in late March, at 253. That was a little inflated due to TOM bloating, but that was the night I started - seeing that number after avoiding scales for years sent me spiraling into self hatred big time.
I've come a long way, I'm very proud of myself. I haven't slipped up, I've had enormous willpower. I can breathe when I walk fast. My diabetes (type 1), is much better controlled. I look better. I feel better. I love clothes shopping. I love makeup. I love boots. All things I avoided before.
I couldn't of done it without this website. Thank you everyone for the support, advice and courage.
