  • I took last month off from doing the daily weigh in thing and it led to me pretty much weighing exactly the same that I did on October 31st than I did on October 1st (if not more). So, I'm back and I just want the stupid scale to go DOWN!!!!

  • (11.1) Well, I completely fell apart at the end of last month and had a binge weekend. I gained 4 lbs. 4. And in about 6 days. It has taken me like two months to lose 4 lbs. This is so unfair. I'm completely disgusted with myself right now.
    (11.3) I seem to be getting back on track pretty early..I'm facing challenges every day but very determined!!
    (11.12) Two days of indulgence with the boyfriend followed by a baby shower with a huge dessert. And i'm RIGHT back where I started. SIGH. Good news, is that i'm going for the 30 day shred. Bring it!!
    (11.22) Waiting for my weight to creep back down. I know it might be water holding onto my muscles but c'mon..I've been at this 30 day shred now for like 9 days. I'm not seeing or feeling a visual difference either. Very deflating.

    Sorry folks..i'm ditching the weigh in. I just can't handle the scale while i'm doing circuit training, I'm seeing gains and its getting me down. Yesterday I weighed in at 141. Maybe i'll pick back up with weigh ins when I stabilize. I'm interested in lifting and when you do that it's more INCHES than POUNDS.
