PLEASE only make one weight post in this thread and come back and edit that single post each day with your new updated weight. I know some other subforums like the featherweights copy and paste all their info everyday in a new post. If you choose to post your daily weight in this thread please respect our single post rule as this has been the standard in the 20-somethings.
Feel free to link to your daily weigh-in post in your signature (if you're unsure how to do this there are awesome step-by-step instructions including pictures in the Nov/Dec/Jan 90 day exercise challenge thread's first post)
