Hello all, looking for a little help from those of you who have experience with phase 3....I have been on phase 3 for a little over a week now and am finding myself quite tired come late afternoon (around 2 or 3). In Phase 1 and 2 I had no issues with being tired and am a little frightened, as this is how I would feel every afternoon prior to IP and one of the reasons I started it in the first place. Advice?
