On Plan Thread Oct 22-28

  • I hope I am not stepping on anyones toes, but there was not an on plan thread started for the week and I like to have a place that I can post and keep myself honest.

    So this is the place to post your daily menus... please keep the general chatter to the daily thread and the food porn at a minimum.
  • Phase 1.5ish (fruit only, no grain)

    Yogurt w/
    1/2 a tangerine & a few almond slivers

    Cheese string

    Veggie Chili (lots of chick peas) w/ sour cream (just a dab)
    A glass of Skim milk

    Celery w/ pb

    Steak
    Broccoli
    Grean Beans
    Glass of skim Milk

    Pudding
  • Yesterday:
    B: breakfast casserole
    S: veggies and hummus
    L: ham and bean soup
    D: chili
    D: cashews

    Today:
    B: breakfast casserole - maybe not!
    S: veggies and hummus
    L: lentil and cauliflower soup
    D: leftovers

    I MUST stop eating CASHEWS!!!

    b oatmeal with flax, half a banana and almond milk
    l - butternut squash soup with two slices turkey breast
    s - smoothie with almond milk, spinach and a few frozen mango
    s - roasted salmon with brussel sprouts and a salad
    s - ??
    lots of water and hopefully a walk

    s - veggie cheese omelette

    lots of water to wash away the bbq chicken effect

  • P2 (Haha, today I ate a lot but so much exercise too! )

    B: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 small banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, cinnamon and coffee w/ milk.
    L1: Veggie Soup
    L2: Two eggs with 2 small ezekiel sprouted grain tortillas, cheese and coffee w/ milk
    S: Small piece of dark chocolate + Coffee w/ milk
    D: Subway steak and cheese salad with no dressing.
    S: 1/4 of a banana with a tiny smidge of almond butter
    S: Chamomile Tea

    Exercise: 45 minutes of spinning + 45 minutes of zumba + 1 hour of spinning and body pump

    B: Oatmeal with almond butter and frozen banana
    S: Tomato + Yellow Pepper
    L: Strawberry protein powder with milk
    S: Apple
    S: Coffee w/ milk (x2) + TINY piece of rosquilla (yes, not SBD friendly, I know! Dx )
    D: Chicken breast w/ steamed cauflower and green beans + feta cheese
    S: Three ryvita dark rye crackers with a piece of cheese

    (I ate a few grains too many, oops!)
    Exercise: Walked around the mall for a few hours

    **Day off work for me today, so I enjoyed sleeping in... though it threw off what time I eat my meals.. oh well.
