I was so happy to get Easter photos of my granddaughter that I just had to share. She's almost 31 months now. She has a rare chromosome condition, and 90% of the kids with her condition don't make it, but we are so lucky that she's stuck around. She can now sign Mommy and Daddy, which is incredible. She is on oxygen full time and has a feeding tube, but you can tell by her smile that she enjoys the heck out of life.
