    Hey everyone,

    had my 3rd WI today.

    I'm down another 4lbs. 19lb lost in 3 weeks! So happy! Me Sticking with it is paying off! and I love the Encouragement from this forum it's amazing!

    YOU CAN and WILL get there.....just keep it simple with an open mind! You will lose faster than you think, inches are important as well. Remember small or no losses or even gains are all part of what your body does. Its NOTHING that you do....always REMEMBER that.....stay on program 100% and you will have NOOOOO issues at all...I am living proof of that!
