Grrrrrr.... Class ran late tonight and I ended up eatin an extra bar. Mad at myself but was so hungry. Next week I am eating all of my meat allowance at lunch and save my restricted for later as we'll as an EAS RTD. I've got a plan and I am moving on! Couldn't WI today so hitting the scale tomorrow.

Hello!
I've been away for a few weeks, and hardly on the boards...feels weird

Tomorrow is my first WI in 3 weeks following vacation and life stuff, so I'm interested to see the number (and holding my breath, crossing my fingers, etc)

Im glad everyone's doing great, love the motivational haircut, and can't wait to feel more in tune again.
