  • Tuesday, Oct. 30th:

    37 minutes or so on treadmill at 3.5-2.7, inclines random but as high as 12, and I just got tired. Could not get to an hour. I am not superwoman so I did not sentence myself to another half hour.
  • Oct. 30: two 40 min dog walks (2.25mi each), spin class

    Oct. 31: 40 min dog walk (2.25 mi), power class. It is my turn to do the TOTing so that will be another walk later, albeit slow with many stops. Funny how it is always my turn if it's cold and/or raining.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 31:

    Nothing. Except my apartment has no bed, chair or sofa, so I was on my feet all day, carrying things as I retrieved them from neighbors.

    October 30: none-- went to a conference and by the time I got home and had dinner I couldn't drag myself back out.

    October 31: 90 minutes Bikram Yoga. The instructor was in a car accident on the way to the studio so I didn't know if class was going to happen. The owner came and conducted the class-- he was great-- he said he hadn't led a class in years but I could tell he was enjoying it.
