**** Halloween / October Fitness Challenge ***

  • Here we go again...getting closer to the holidays....I always referred to Halloween as the start of the eating season, but not this year!!!! May you reach and surpass your fitness goals this month!!!!
  • Goal 1500 minutes and complete a 70 mile bike tour

    10 - 80 minutes cycling

    12 - rest
    13 - 20 minutes walking
    14 - 5 hours cycling 74 miles cycling!!
    15 - 60 minutes indoor cycling

    17 - 30 minutes walking
    18- 60 minutes hiking
    19 - rest
    20 - rest (more like too busy entertaining)
    21- 2 hours walking (boy are my calves feeling it 8.1 miles)
    22 - lazy stroll around the mall, extremely sore, so let's call it a rest day
    23 - 90 minutes indoor cycling
    24 - 1 hr 40 minutes indoor cycling
    25 - 45 minutes spinning
    26 - rest
    27 - 45 minutes indoor cycling (goal)
    28 - rest
    29 - 2 hours indoor cycling

  • Eventually I will get back on track though the month before the election may not be the time. I'll give it a try!
