I have already had 32oz of water today and was wondering if some crystal light every once in a blue moon is ok?

I am not too sure.. I know i have crystal light a couple times a week depending if i crave it... But it is better than having candies. i drink crystal light sometimes 2 times a day not everyday but maybe once a week. But i do drink it every other day if i am sick of water.

I know we can have MiO but the Crystal Light has to be the one made with Splenda from what I have read.

I have it every once in awhile. My coach is ok with it as long as I am drinking my plain water too.
