I'm new here and looking for support with the LA Weight Loss plan. I was successful in losing 35-40 lbs with it before and I gained most of it back within the last three years. I achieved my goal but while I was on 'maintenance' the local centre closed down and I found it very difficult to continue. I am looking for support and am not quite sure where to go to find it. I've seen discussions about LA Weight Loss but, now that I've joined, I can't seem to access it.

That's a bummer to lose your center.

Sorry for my untimely response but I wanted to thank you for finding this fantastic site for me. This is exactly what I was looking for.... the LA Weight Loss community. Unfortunately, it seems that most of the community is gone but I have found a few friends.
