How were your days? Glad that we are all here to support each other.
Proud to say that I ate on plan all day
, ran 3 miles and did a 10 minute Turbo Fire Routine. I feel great but did think about food a lot. What do you ladies do when you find yourself thinking about food too much? I try to remind myself that one slip usually means I go off for the ENTIRE day!
