Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: lack of discipline, urge to binge eat after my night job, will eat junk if I'm not prepared enough for my week to come. Love my glass(es) of wine.
Following any specific plan: low carbs, high protein, full of veggies. Eat mostly small portions spread throughout the day. I don't do hungry.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I've seen one of my friend lose 90 lbs the healthy way, I never thought he would have the discipline to do it since he is a foody. I'm going on my 30s, I want to be in my best shape. I told my husband I will eat differently, we have different needs, we cant have the same exact diet. I feel good about my results, I do it for myself and i like myself, that is a major factor.
Anything else you would like to share with us: thanks for this community, i know I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but for me it is a struggle and I'm a couch potatoe when I have bad eating habits. I do it for the weight and I do it to feel better, I side out. Food affect my mood way more than I thought.
