Phase 1, 56 Days: 8 weeks
Doesn't feel like 8 weeks has gone by already...
Breakfast: Chocolate RTD with coffee powder
Lunch: 2 cups of salad with 1 boiled egg, wf 1000 island dressing
Snack: vanilla shake with lemon crystal light powder added, tastes like lemon meringue pie to me.
Dinner: 6oz ground beef with broccoli slaw and mixed green salad... 1000 dressing
Snack: 1/2 vanilla rtd, 1/2 chocolate rtd
