  • BREKKiE: Mocha Frappuccino
    LUNCH: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo with 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup colored peppers and shallots, Sweet Basil Limeade
    SNACK: 1 cup Squash Chips
    SUPPER: SNOBS Tenderloin Steak, Lump Blue Crab, Spinach and Tomato with Basil, Mock Wine
    SNACK: Peppermint Tea
  • Breakfast: Shake
    Lunch: Chococalte Shake and salad
    Dinner: Taco Salad made with ground turkey

    Breakfast: Health Wise Bacon & Cheese omelet with 2 egg whites added (walked 1 mile this morning), coffee with 2 oz Pure Protein Vanilla Creme shake

    Lunch: IP Spaghetti Bolognese with 1 cup leftover zucchini added in, small romaine salad with 1 cup chopped bell pepper

    Snack: IP Raspberry jello

    Dinner: Asian pork salad (leftover pork roast tossed with WF Asian dressing, over romaine, peppers, red onion, julienned jicama and mushrooms)

    Snack: Health Wise cappuccino mixed with 1 c hot coffee, splash of Torani SF hazelnut syrup
  • BF: Caramel and coffee spinach shake
    Lunch: As Above
    Dinner: Beef taco, salsa, spoonful low fat cottage cheese, iceberg lettuce wraps
    Snack: Bar or salt and vinegar soy puffs.
  • Breakfast: Protidiet Pancakes, WF syrup, coffee
    Lunch: Protithin Cream of Veg soup with cup of broccoli and mushrooms added in
    Dinner: Grilled pork tenderloin with salad of jicama, broccoli, mushrooms and peppers
    Snack: Premier Nutrition chocolate shake while watching TV
  • Phase 4: Continuing the Phase 1 Detoxing - my 20th high school reunion is this Saturday and I decided to take the next few days to squeeze out a few Phase 1s!

    L= same as breakfast with a salad and 2 cups of veggies
    D=Chicken breast 2 cups of peppers

    B: Coffee w skim milk and WF caramel, 1 hb egg, Premier choco shake
    L: Cream of mushroom soup w/ pureed cauliflower, celery
    S: Chocolate soy balls
    D: Grilled chicken salad with olive oil; jicama
  • Phase 1, 56 Days: 8 weeks

    Doesn't feel like 8 weeks has gone by already...

    Breakfast: Chocolate RTD with coffee powder

    Lunch: 2 cups of salad with 1 boiled egg, wf 1000 island dressing

    Snack: vanilla shake with lemon crystal light powder added, tastes like lemon meringue pie to me.

    Dinner: 6oz ground beef with broccoli slaw and mixed green salad... 1000 dressing

    Snack: 1/2 vanilla rtd, 1/2 chocolate rtd

    Breakfast: IP Mango Drink
    Lunch: 4oz tuna over spring salad mix w/cabbage, peppers, spinach (w/delicious dressing recipie from this forum)
    1 c marinated veggies
    Snack: IP Protein bar
    Dinner: 4oz steak/veggies
    Snack: IP pudding
