realized I reached 3 goals today

    Today has been a awesome day. When I jumped on my scale this morning I realized I lost 20ibs so far. Than went to get some new work clothes and realized I've dropped two more pants sizes (making it 3 so far) and dropped a shirt size. Needless to say I'm extremely happy right now!
