I love the chocolate pudding! I guess my favorite is to add a little egg white and some almond flavoring and just enough water to make it the consisency of a thick cake batter. Put it in a tall coffee mug and microwave it for about 1 minute or so. It will be like a chocolate lava cake. Also, sometimes I just fix it with water and add flavorings -- almonds, coconut, strawberry or peanut butter are good. You can dip fresh strawberries in it, too.
