I would like to be 175lbs . I'm currently 203 started out @ 225 the 6h of July. What about you what would you like your goal to be for Thanksgiving ?

That's 10 weeks, slightly more than 2 pounds a week...Doing INSANITY and potentially ASYLUM after...a conservative goal for me would be 190 by thanksgiving, but hopefully less!

I would like to be in the neighborhood of 265 by then. In total that's about 13 lbs. after my Halloween goal. I hope I can do it.
