  • Today's reason for staying on goal is to prove to myself that I'm not a quitter.
  • My reason for staying OP today is because I value myself and want to prove to myself that I can do this.
  • because I am tired of being fat and want consistent food sanity in me life.
  • Because I just ordered a pair of size 20 jeans. In January, I was wearing size 26.
  • Because my first 3FC Biggest Loser weigh in is tomorrow!
  • Wow, Garnet2727! That's awesome!
  • Because I'm going on a mini break with my husband in two weeks and really want to look half decent in photos for once!
  • Because I like the changes that are happening to my body.
  • Because I want to get below 260 so I know I can.
  • I have to make this work it's a matter of life and death and my son growing up with a Mom and my husband with his wife.
  • Because I want to get a breast lift. I've never been happy with them.
  • because just because I ate extra unplanned food doesn't mean I should eat extra today. Because everyday is a new beginning.
  • Because next September I'll get a new beginning, and I want to be a new me.
  • I am staying on plan today because I like seeing the cellulite go away from the backs of my thighs! I noticed that this morning and it was freaking AWESOME!
  • Because I never want to need the clothes that I am going through now.
