I was wondering if anyone is doing the MetaProtein MRC diet? I just got awtiched to this diet, and its HARD. Was wonering if I could exchange ideas with someone so understands!

You just switched to this diet? Which one was you doing before? I do not know anything about the MegaProtein as I am on the MetaSlim plan. I could only imagine it would be a harder one to do!! Hang in there! I'll ask my center about it when I go in Friday.
