Yesterday someone gave me a sample of Go Go Squeez applesauce in a squeeze bottle. I had it this morning, and it was really good! Each container has 45 calories, and no added sugar. It didn't disappear too fast, and it tasted good.

I sure did need that today. I wanted something to eat and all I had was one of those little individual cups of applesauce. I was driving, so I could hardly eat it behind the wheel. That would be at least as bad as talking on the cell phone. LOL! Thanks for the info.

I came on here looking to see if someone had posted about Go Go applesauce, as if not I was going to. I agree! I got a free sample in the store the other day. On Weds I wanted to work out at the pool after work and just eat dinner in my car before going to my Life Group, and it was GREAT. I usually buy just Tree Top applesauce but the Go Go was really good and easy to eat. I went back and bought more; mine was plain but this time I bought cinnamon and mixed berry.
