This can't be right!

  • I have been on the plan for only 2 days and my scale is already reading 4 pounds lighter. I got on it three times this morning to be sure.......

  • After 2 days for me, I lost 5lbs! It's not too good to be true I've found I've not lost much since then and I'm on day 5. But congrats on the first 4!
  • I find often when I start eating on plan after being off, or start a new diet in general I lose weight quite quickly. A lot of water weight comes off in the beginning. Enjoy it and congratulations on the first 4 pounds! You're on your way!
