    I got a new scale because my old one was so cheap I just knew it had to be wrong. I was TOTALLY right!
    Weighed in at 242
    Over fifty pounds, gone forever!!!!!!!

    Congrats! Next time you're at the store, pick up one of those extra large 50lb bags of dog food (carefully, use the legs not the back ) and carry that around for a second. It really makes you appreciate how much weight you got rid of. (I did it with the first 25 lbs and that in itself was insane).
