I think I busted my 2 month plateau! I was stuck at 184 forever, sometimes a pound or 2 up, but NEVER below (not first thing in the morning, not after a "good" week, not after a "bad" week, NEVER), and most of the time just 184. I'm training for some races and my trainer said I should basically give up hope of losing while training, which was annoying.
A couple of weeks ago I gave up tracking foods, since it was making me mental. I took last week off training, and just ate what my body wanted, which wasn't much since I wasn't working out as much. And I left the scale under the bed.
This morning I got on, and I was finally at 183!
Things that are welcome: yays! and atta girls!
Things that aren't welcome: "That's probably just water weight", "you lost muscle from not working out" and other parade raining comments.
