  • Welcome to the August daily weigh-in thread! Here we weigh in daily and talk about what's happening on the scale. I wouldn't recommend sensitive weighers to join this challenge, as the fluctuations on the scale can be a bit crazy - but all in all I think it's a great way to chart progress.

    To join simply post in the thread your official 'August daily weigh-in post' and then go back to this master post to edit your daily weights each day. You then use this post and copy the url to your signature (all details on how to do this below) and then voila! I think this way offers the thread to be more open to conversation and we can support each others progress!

    To do this follow these simple steps:
    1. Post in the thread your main post, the layout of it is entirely up to you. Some people like to put all the dates first, others like to add as they go along, some of us get a bit crazy with colours! It's all up to you how you do it. But either way, find your post and in the top right corner of your post there is a number, click on it!

  • I'm going to be ahead and attempt to participate this month, but I will probably only weigh 2-3 times a week because I get a little too obsessed when I do it every day. I'll post my start weight and goal tomorrow morning since I'm not weighing today.
