  • I need to kick up the exercise. I did do well with exercise this weekend because I got out and did a bunch of yard work. Eating went well also. 4lbs is great keep up the good work. I checked this morning and I am also down 4 so far this week. My official weekly weigh in is Friday so I'm hoping to even be down a few more by then.
