  • Hi all, I was one of many that used to post in here all the time. You may have even seen my weightless pictures somewhere in here. I had made my goal of 245 from 490 but then after back surgery the past few years have crept back up to 385. So I'm looking at taking that 140 lbs back off again. Nothing has been working for me but I know when I used to come here it worked for me. So here I am. I hope I can stick with this and keep coming here for support and to give support.
  • I'm back in the fight, too. Funny how we either drag each other down or lift each other up!
  • Welcome Back Howie!
  • HOWIE ~ yes, I remember you; glad that you came back. I agree this place is a wonderful source of support -- that's why I am sticking around. There is a REGAINER'S RELOSING thread in this forum that you may want to join as well ...
  • Hi and welcome back! Although I'm fairly new and don't remember you, all are welcome! This place is great!
  • Welcome back!
  • Hey, welcome back! Good to see you here
  • Hi Howie and Gardenwife; Welcome back! I agree this is a wonderful place for support. I think it is great that you are doing this together!! Hope to hear more from you!
  • Welcome back Howie and Gardenwife.
  • Welcome back Howie and Gardenwife!
  • Welcome back Howie and Gardenwife -

There's a bunch of us who know about the bump after a loss - whether large or small.

And we have a new Men's Corner since you were here last, Howie.

Look forward to seeing you around.
  • Welcome back to you both. Is this our only husband - wife team? Good to see you both.

  • I have been on and off this site for MANY years now, and yes, I do remember you! This is obviously a great place to be, or else we wouldn't be here. You can do it Howie! We're all here to give support along the way!
  • Thanks everyone. I'm feeling good being back. I also can't wait to check out the new mens corner.
  • Welcome back Howie and Gardenwife.

I remember both of you from my lurking days starting ing 2004. I often wonder how and where the "old timers" are. Still lurking.
