- Stopped using food as a reward

- Visited 3FC's photo albums; seeing everyone succeed made me want to succeed too
- When the scale discouraged me, I tried on old clothes that are now too big
- Bought a bike...and actually use it 2-3 times a week
- Cut out a lot of meat and dairy from my diet
- Made my husband reassure me every day (I'm very lucky that he's patient!)
