So here I am, at 215 a full week after seeing 214 on the scale and my body freaking out and gaining 3lbs the next day. All day long I've been HUNGRY, and grilled chicken and salad and a peanut butter sandwich havent helped any. I swear my body is trying to prevent me from losing this pound! I'm retaining water too, my belly is all bloaty.
when I was gaining weight, the 215 mark is where I hovered around too, not gaining for several weeks, despite poor nutrition. It's weird how bodies like to hang out at certain weights...
