    Breakfast@9am: Wildberry Pancakes
    IP Wildberry Yogurt
    2 Egg whites
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    Shredded Zucchini
    Coffee w/splash EAS Carb Control Vanilla & Stevia

    Lunch@1pm: Tapioca Pudding
    IP Chocolate Pudding
    Miracle Noodles Rice

    Dinner@5pm: Double Date Night!
    Grilled Rainbow Trout
    Asparagus

    Snack@9pm: Restricted & Mock Baked Apples
    IP Apple & Cinnamon Soy Puffs
    Zucchini
    WF Apple Butter & Apple Pie Spice
    Lemon Juice & Zest
  • Phase 1:

    Breakfast:
    Pancakes with WF Syrup
    2 Cups Coffee

    Lunch:
    Salad with 2 Cups combined Broccoli, bell peppers, bean sprouts, hot banana peppers, red onion, evoo and chili oil with rice vinegar.

    Snack:
    Muffins or bar, depending on when our guests arrive

    Dinner:
    Salmon with Zuchini and Red Bell Peppers with a side salad

    Snack:
    Shake Smoothie
  • Phase 1 day 5...

    Water. Water.Water.Water. Water.Water.Water. Water.Water.Water. Water.Water.Water. Water.Water.Water. Water.Water.Water. Water.Water.

    Oh yeah, and 3 shakes, 4 cups veggies, 8oz meat, and 2 salads...all washed down by .......................................Yep, you guessed it...more WATER!

  • Late post, but this is what I had today, June 7th:

    7:30 AM: Chocolate Drink, coffee

    11:30 AM: Veggie stir-fry: Onion, peppers, cabbage, celery, Braggs aminos
    Butterscotch pudding

    4:00 PM: Cucumber

    5:30 PM: Grilled steak and veggies

    6:30 PM: Peanut soy puffs

    Day 3, been really hungry today, but the peanut soy puffs gave me the oomph to get through, and drinking lots and lots of water and herbal tea
  • Breakfast: IP Mango-Peach drink (yum!)
    Lunch: IP broc-cheese soup (yum), salad with lettuce, spinach, cold asparagus, red and green peppers & my own dressing (evoo, a c vinegar, garlic, s & p mustard)
    Snack: IP SW cheese puffs and water - in the MOVIES. I smelled the popcorn, but ate my SW puffs and it was good.
    Dinner: sauteed chopped beef and mushrooms, 2 dill pickles

    A good day. I'm still pretty full.

  • For lunch we had roasted portabello mushroom lettuce wraps with WF thick and spicy bbq sauce! It was pretty tasty and anice change from the normal salad.
  • Hmmm, I missed this yesterday...
    Breakfast: butterscotch pudding with dash pumpkin pie spice
    Lunch: Salad, EAS strawberry RTD, cauliflower 'bread' sticks
    no snack today
    Supper: Pizza! made with IP Crepe mix, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, & onion powder, 1/4 c tomato sauce with Italian herbs added, onion, yellow pepper, chicken, and a slice of veggie cheese, more chicken to = 8 oz, and Cucumber/Celery salad w/fresh mint, evoo, and salt.
