    Weighed in yesterday at 318. I've lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks. Feeling great!
    (I only weigh twice a week instead of daily because I was starting to obsess about the scale and get really discouraged on days I didn't lose) But I still check in on the daily weigh-in threads on a daily basis for accountability!
