Yeah, I have a fun sense of humor If I ever come out to Massachusetts We can go to a mall and make fun of skinny high maintenance people together...it's a favorite past time of mine...or create a narrative of what people are talking about on their phone or int heir car...also fun if traffic is slow...

Lately my clothes consist of jeans and a hoodie at work, followed by coveralls for painting at home...soon though (next week?) I'll be able to actually pick out stuff to wear

Thanks, it's an old pic but I'm looking forward to getting to that weight (165ish), crushing it, and moving on!

I am only used to buying the store brand of egg whites. Is it ok to eat on IP, ie, same as egg whites? He bought a 3 pack, so I hope so! It does have like 1 carb per 3 Tbsp.
I get egg beaters and love them as omelets. If it makes you feel better, Egg Beaters is 1g Carb? One "real" egg is 2g of carbs according to nutritionfacts, and beaters i think have fewer grams of fat and fewer calories, though I could be wrong, just thinking off the top of my head...oh, but probably less protein.
