hi, is it ok to have a sugar free pudding in phase 1??
I have not had any milk,or yogurt today, the only dairy i have had is a laughing cow chesse.
opps I forgot,,,I had a splash of ff milk in a coffee this morning.
the reason I am back on ph 1 is due to my excess on vacation!!! gained 5 pounds while in montego bay last week.

Sugar free pudding is acceptable starting in phase 2.

Dairy IS allowed in Phase I. Check out the list. SF pudding is NOT allowed because of the cornstarch in it. Check out the Phase I Food List above.
