    Dinner: Leftovers! Whatever Meat we have plus steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower Mash

    Snack: Pudding Smoothie or Pudding Muffins
  • Phase 1: Week 15, Day 7

    2 cups Half-Caf Coffee

    Lunch@12pm: Clam Chowder

    4 oz Chicken Broth
    2.5 oz Clams
    Celery & Leeks
    Cauliflower Puree

    Snack@4pm: Tapioca Pudding
    IP Chocolate Pudding
    Miracle Noodles Rice
    1 tbsp WF Chocolate Sauce

    Mall Walk~1 mile/Play Area @ 4:30pm-5:30pm
    ^^cutting it short by 1 mile to make it to Phase 1 session in time.

    So I just wanted to make it clear, that this entire week I have been putting down 'Tapioca Pudding' as my snack - and then when I get home I have been making 'Pudding Waffles' instead. I went back & edited the threads to reflect my menu change - but wanted to call myself out on it. This is the week where I need more filling (TOM should end soon) and have been adding the 2 egg whites/day - I usually save that just for my weekend treats (Crispy Cereal unrestricted pancakes), but needed the extra 'oomph'. I plan on sticking with Tapioca Pudding today - I think the monster has finally gone back to sleep.

    Snack - 1 cup kohlrabi
    Lunch - broccoli cheese soup with 1 cup califlower mixed in
    Dinner - buffalo chicken salad, 1 cup celery
    Snack - raspberry jelly with 1 cup sautéed rhubarb mixed in

    5 oz cooked BBQ Chicken Breast

    2 Tbsp WF Thick & Spicy BBQ Sauce
    1 tsp EVOO/ Himalayan Salt
    Pukka Cleanse Tea

    Snack:
    IP Dill Pickle Zippers
    1 c LS Dill Pickles
    2 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin/ Collagen
